- Purchase all the necessary products and spares parts from the main suppliers of the company;
- Update inventory and ensure that stock levels are kept at appropriate levels.
- Track and optimize orders, movement of goods and transport from suppliers to the warehouse;
- Manage the article master data records
- Prepare all necessary documentation and information related to the import;
- Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing.
- Communication with internal and external parties on a daily basis
- Process requisitions and update management on status of orders.
- Analyze demand trends and supporting senior management in forecasting;
- Prepare regular reports and analyses.
