We are ambitious and continue to grow and we are looking to hire motivated professional for the position of 



Purchasing Specialist

Задължения:

  • Purchase all the necessary products and spares parts from the main suppliers of the company;
  • Update inventory and ensure that stock levels are kept at appropriate levels.
  • Track and optimize orders, movement of goods and transport from suppliers to the warehouse;
  • Manage the article master data records
  • Prepare all necessary documentation and information related to the import;
  • Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing.
  • Communication with internal and external parties on a daily basis
  • Process requisitions and update management on status of orders.
  • Analyze demand trends and supporting senior management in forecasting;
  • Prepare regular reports and analyses.

От вас очакваме:

  • Experience with technical products is big advantage;
  • Very good command of English (written and verbal);
  • Responsibility, self-initiative, organization and ability to work in a team;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Positive attitude and adaptability;
  • Responsibility and reliability;
  • Good computer literacy - MS Office, ERP
